Each domain has two dates:
- Payment date: the due date of the renewal invoice. It is 15 days before the domain expires, so there is time to renew it without interruptions.
- Expiry date: the day the domain expires at the registry if it has not been renewed.
We remind you by email and WhatsApp 15 and 7 days before the payment date. If 3 days pass after the payment date without renewal, we send you another WhatsApp reminder.
How to renew: pay the renewal invoice from your client area (Invoices). Once the payment is registered, the domain is renewed.
Important: if the domain expires, your website and email stop working, and recovering it afterwards may carry an additional registry fee.
