Before opening a ticket, check these in order:
- Is your domain up to date? If it expired, your website and email stop working. Check it in your client area, under Domains.
- Do you have unpaid invoices? A hosting account with an overdue invoice is suspended and the site stops showing.
- Did you recently change your DNS? The change can take up to 24-48 hours.
- Do you see an “Error 500”? It usually comes from a recent change: a plugin, the
.htaccessfile or the PHP version (in cPanel: MultiPHP Manager). Your website folder contains anerror_logfile with the details. - Is it WordPress? If it stopped working after updating a plugin or theme, disable it by renaming its folder inside
wp-content/plugins. - Try another browser or mobile data, to rule out cache or your network.
If it still does not load, open a ticket with the website address, since when it fails and, if possible, a screenshot of the error.
