Before opening a ticket, check these in order:

  1. Is your domain up to date? If it expired, your website and email stop working. Check it in your client area, under Domains.
  2. Do you have unpaid invoices? A hosting account with an overdue invoice is suspended and the site stops showing.
  3. Did you recently change your DNS? The change can take up to 24-48 hours.
  4. Do you see an “Error 500”? It usually comes from a recent change: a plugin, the .htaccess file or the PHP version (in cPanel: MultiPHP Manager). Your website folder contains an error_log file with the details.
  5. Is it WordPress? If it stopped working after updating a plugin or theme, disable it by renaming its folder inside wp-content/plugins.
  6. Try another browser or mobile data, to rule out cache or your network.

If it still does not load, open a ticket with the website address, since when it fails and, if possible, a screenshot of the error.
