From your client area you can see and control your VPS without SSH:
- Open Services and go to your VPS.
- You will see its status (running or stopped) and resource usage. Click Refresh Status for the current state.
- If it is stopped, click Power On. If it is running but not responding, click Reboot.
- Use Force Stop only if Reboot does not work: it is like unplugging it.
If your client area shows an error loading the server data, wait a few minutes and try again: it may be maintenance.
If the problem persists, open a ticket with the VPS IP and since when it is not responding.
